We ordered the kites for a kite event. Unfortunately, out of the 10 kites, only one actually worked. All the rest did not fly. We did not notice any specific defects but they simply did not fly.
We ordered the kites from the NL and it took two weeks to be delivered. This is obviously something the courier company is responsible for.
Thank you for your feedback. All our kites are the same design and do fly when assembled correctly. We recommend checking the assembly guide on our website to make sure everything is put together properly. You can also see videos on our social media from events where the same kites have flown successfully. Delivery delays in your country are unfortunately out of our control, but we do always ship out via express delivery on our side.
